Einblick Analytics

Einblick Analytics starts only after an explicit choice. It is cookieless and processes pseudonymous usage statistics including visited paths, referrers and campaign information, device and browser categories, language, approximate location and timestamps. IP address and user-agent may be processed transiently to operate and protect the service, but are not stored as analytics event fields. Detailed data is retained for no longer than 90 days.

The legal basis is consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. The decision is stored in this browser under einblick-analytics-consent-v1 and can be changed at any time through Privacy settings. The customization view keeps necessary preference storage separate from optional analytics. Refusing consent has no effect on the rest of the website. A browser Global Privacy Control signal blocks collection even if analytics was previously accepted.

Einblick provides the analytics service on the operator's behalf. The consent choice is the only browser storage introduced for this purpose; it is local to this browser and is not an analytics cookie.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, GDPR rights include access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. Consent can be withdrawn for future collection at any time. A complaint may also be made to the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
